The animal shelter in Carroll has many animals up for adoption. They are Animal Rescue of Carroll and they are located at 1721 East 10th Street, Carroll Iowa. The shelter has found forever homes for 2,274 animals. With just this year they have found 205 forever homes. They are a non-profit organization and is not fund by the government. This week we are advertising two animals that need a home.
Cat Available:
Callie is a Black Domestic Shorthair/Mix. She is four years, two months and two weeks old. Callie is located in the cat room and would love to have a new home. She is the sweetest and would love to have a lap to lay on.
Dog Available:
Gunner is a Pointer German Shorthair. He is three years, two months and two weeks old. Gunner use to go bird hunting with his former family, but hasn’t been able to do for awhile. He gets along with female dogs very well and male dogs take a little bit to get use to. Gunner doesn’t seem bothered by cats. He is crate trained and is working oh housetraining. He will need a loving family that will be patient with him. Gunner is also located in the dog room, kennel 9.
